I CAN'T FIND THE MAGIC FINDER™ APP AT THE APPLE OR GOOGLE PLAY APP STORE
Please search for "magicfinder" (all lower case and no spaces) to easily find and download the App.

 

DOES MAGIC FINDER™ WORK WITH ANY SMART DEVICE?
Magic Finder™ will work with any Bluetooth enabled iOS [Apple] and Android smart device that operates on the IOS 5 system and above, or the Android 4.3 system and above.

 

WHAT IS THE RANGE?
Magic Finder™ will track any lost or misplaced item from up to 150 ft away.

 

DOES MAGIC FINDER NEED A BATTERY?
The Magic Finder™ uses a standard CR2023 watch battery that is replaceable and can be easily found at most retail stores. There is a battery included with each Magic Finder. The battery can last up to 3 months

 

HOW DOES MAGIC FINDER WORK?
Magic Finder™ is really easy to use. Just keep the Magic Finder with the item that you want to keep track of, download the FREE app and pair it to the Magic Finder. Then use the FREE app to help you find your misplaced or lost item whenever you need to.

Simply call our Customer Service line at 1-862-437-1111 extension 14 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday EST and someone will be happy to assist you.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders go through a third party for verification before they are sent for processing. This takes one business day to complete. When your order is processed, you will receive a charge on your credit card statement from "InvenTel". Most orders are shipped within 1 week of receipt. However, depending of demand for the product, some items may require up to six weeks for shipping. You should allow additional times for the shipping of products from our warehouse to you.
Please Note: Customers mailing in a check or a money order must have paid separate shipping and handling for the second item in a "buy one get one free" offer. If no additional shipping is included in your check, only your original product will be shipped.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be canceled by calling our Customer Service line at 973-531-4421 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday EST only prior to payment processing. Orders that are being packaged for shipping can't be canceled. You must include order confirmation number.

 

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS BACKORDERED?
If your order cannot be shipped within the stated delivery date, we will notify you of the expected ship date.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
We will gladly accept any return within 30 days, provided the item is in new or like-new condition (see Returns Policy). We will only issue a refund or send a replacement as needed once the item has been received in our warehouse.

 

DO YOU OFFER A GUARANTEE?
Your Satisfaction is 100% Guaranteed If you are dissatisfied with any merchandise from InvenTel for any reason, simply return the product within 30 days for an easy refund of your purchase price, excluding processing and handling. See purchasing/return policy for more information. Exceptions may apply.

 

RETURN POLICY
Follow return information which is shipped with each package. Send all returns to the address indicated on your shipping information. Ship returns to InvenTel via a GROUND method that can be tracked (UPS ground / FedEx Ground / USPS Priority mail).
Along with your return, be sure to include the following:

  1. Your order number and/or your complete name, address, and email address
  2. A detailed explanation regarding your reason for returning the item(s)
  3. Information about whether you would like a refund or a replacement

No other paperwork, invoice, or preauthorization is needed for your return.

 

EXCEPTIONS TO OUR RETURN POLICY:

Note: If we receive your item back in our warehouse and it does not meet our return policy terms, then we will not issue you a refund or send you a replacement. Such a return also will not be sent back to you.
